Ingredients:
For Dough:-
1½ cup maida
¾ tsp instant yeast
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
water as required
2 tsp oil
For Stuffing:-
150 gm pizza cheese
¼ cup boiled sweet corn
2-3 tbsp Jalapeno/Red Chili
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp black pepper powder
5-6 garlic cloves crushed
¼ butter
Chili flakes, oregano, mixed herbs for seasoning
For Dough:-
Step:1 First Make a dough so take a bowl and add warm water, yeast, sugar and salt mix well.
Step:2 Rest it for 10 minutes.
Step:3 Now add maida, oil,garlic powder, oregano and chili flakes in yeast mixture and mix well to make a perfect smooth dough.
Step:4 Further, Coat the dough with oil and rest for 2 hours.
For Stuffing:-
Step:1 First punch the dough.
Step:2 In a small bowl mix butter, crushed garlic, oregano, salt, oregano and mix herbs.
Step:3 Take a dough and divide into 3 small balls.
Step:4 Now take a one ball and gently pat to form a oval shape.
Step:5 Now spread the prepared garlic butter over the dough generously.
Step:6 Further top with generous amount of cheese, sweet corn and Jalapeno/Red chili on half of the dough.
Step:7 Now season with chili flakes, black pepper powder, oregano and mixed herbs.
Step:8 Fold the dough and pinch the edges.
Step:9 Make sure to seal the edges well else cheese will flow out while baking.
Step:10 Transfer to the baking tray lined with butter paper.
Step:11 Now, Brush generous amount of prepared garlic butter on the top of bread. and seasoning with chili flakes, oregano and mix herbs.
Step:12 With the help of knife, make marks over bread without cutting them fully.
Step:13 Place the bread into preheated oven.
Step:14 Further, bake the bread at 180 degree Celsius for 15-20 minutes or till the bread turns out golden brown in color.
Step:15 Now, cut the garlic bread into pieces and finally serve it with mayo or tomato ketchup.
