Dry Veg Manchurian

Ingredients:-


For Manchurian Balls:-


1/3 cup maida
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp oil
3/4 cup grated carrot
3/4 cup grated cabbage
2 tsp
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
2 green chilies finely chopped
salt per taste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
oil for frying

For Manchurian Sauce:-



2 tbsp oil
1 onion finely chopped
1 capsicum finely chopped
1 tsp garlic finely chopped
1/2 tsp ginger finely chopped
2 tbsp spring onion finely chopped
1 tbsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp green chili sauce
1/2 tsp red chili sauce


Instructions:-


For Making Manchurian Balls:- 


Step:1 First take a bowl add carrot, cabbage squeeze water of it.

Step:2 Take another bowl and this squeezed veges and also add capsicum, garlic, salt, black pepper powder. mix well.

Step:3 Add maida and corn flour.

Step:4 Mix all the ingredients well. Prepare small balls from the mixture.

Step:5 Do not add water in the mixture for making balls, as water released by veges will be enough to bind them.

Step:6 In case Mixture does not properly and small balls can not be made then add some water to bind them.

Step:7 Heat oil in pan. when oil is hot enough to fry them add balls in it and deep fry balls on medium flame until they turn golden brown in color.

Step:8 Drain all the fried balls on kitchen towel to remove excess oil.

For Making Manchurian Sauce:-


Step:1 Heat a big kadai / wok add oil in it. then add ginger garlic and saute it.

Step:2 Add onion and saute it.

Step:3 When onion turns little red then add capsicum, green chilies and saute for 2-3 minutes or until become slightly tender.

Step:4 Add all the sauces like soya sauce, chili sauce and salt per taste.

Step:5 Add fried Manchurian balls and spring onion in this gravy and mix well.

Step:6 Dry Manchurian is ready to serve.
