Instant Idli with premix

Ingredients:-


For Idli Premix:-


1 cup udad daal
1/4  cup poha
2 cup rice flour


For Idli Better:-

1 cup premix powder
1/2 cup curd
1 cup water
1 tsp eno fruit salt
1 tsp salt

Instruction:-

Step:1 First take a nonstick pan and add udad daal in it then saute it for 5 minutes then switch of the flame and add poha in it and just mix it well.

Step:2 Cool down completely this mixture then grind it and make a smooth powder. then add rice flour in it and mix well.

Step:3 For making idli better, take a bowl and add 1 cup of premix then add salt per taste.

Step:4 Add curd in it and mix well.


Step:5 Add little by little water and make smooth better.


Step:6 Rest this better for 10 minutes so it rise properly.


Step:7  Now preheat idli cooker so add 1 glass of water and boil it. further more, grease idli molds with oils.


Step:8 Now in this idli better add eno and little water about 1 tablespoon and mix very well.


Step:9 Pour this mixture in idli molds and steam it for 15 minutes.


Step:10 Check out with knife inside the idli , if it comes out clean so your idli is ready to serve.


Step:11 Serve this instant idli with sambhar and coconut chutney. it taste amazing.
