Eggless Strawberry Cake

Ingredients:- 

¾ cup maida
½ cup sugar
¼ cup oil
¼ cup curd
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
½ cup strawberries

Step:1 First grease a cake tin with oil and dust with maida.

Step:2 Take a cooker/kadai add salt and wire stand in it and preheat for 10 minutes.

Step:3 Take a bowl and add maida,baking powder,salt and baking soda. sieve all the dry ingredients and mix well. Set aside.

Step:4 Now take strawberries in blender and puree till smooth. not take this puree in a separate bowl and set aside.

Step:5 Take sugar,oil,curd in a another bowl and mix well till creamy.

Step:6 Add strawberry puree in it and mix well.

Step:7 Add dry ingredients mixture and mix gently with cut and fold method.

Step:8 If batter is ready and in perfect consistency, pour in the cake tin   and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Step:9 If  cake perfectly baked check with toothpick if it comes out clear then cake is perfect.

Step:10 Now remove cake from the cooker/kadai and cool down completely.

Step:11 When cake is cool, serve it with frosting.

Step:12 Enjoy this yummy freshly baked cake.
