Cook time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:-
1 cup maida
½ cup condensed milk
½ cup condensed milk
¼ cup butter
¼ cup powder sugar
¼ cup powder sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup soda water
20 cherries or blue berries
1 tsp vanilla essence
Step:1 First take a cooker, add salt then place wire stand and preheat for 10 minutes on medium flame.
Step:2 Take a bowl add powder sugar and butter beat till creamy and smooth mixture. Add vanilla essence, condensed milk and mix well.
Step:3 Mix maida and baking powder in another bowl.
Step:4 Now mix butter mixture and dry mixture together.
Step:5 Add soda water in this mixture and mix well with cut and fold method.
Step:6 Take cup cake liners and place all the liners in cup cake mould or muffin mould.
Step:7 Now pour half batter in each cup cake mould and place cherries in center of batter and again pour some batter to cover cherries.
Step:8 Now place tin or plate in the cooker and bake it 15-20 minutes on medium low flame.
Step:9 Once cup cakes baked take them out and let it cool completely and decorate with frosting or as it is.
