Pizza Without Yeast Without Oven

Serving: 1 pizza
Prep time: 10 minute
 Cook time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:- 

For Base:-

½ cup maida
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp baking powder
1 tsp mixed herbs
salt per taste
as required curd

For Sauce:-

2 tbsp tomato ketchup
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp garlic paste
1 tsp mix herbs

For Topping:-

onion as required
capsicum as required
cheese as required
pizza sauce as required
salt as required
pepper as required
mix herbs as required
1 tbsp oil

For Base:-

Step:1 Take some salt and add it to cooker then place a wire stand and cover the cooker and switch on the flame in medium heat.

Step:2 Add all the dry ingredients and add little by little curd in a bowl and make a soft dough.

Step:3 In a cooking surface dust some maida,roll the pizza and transfer the base into baking tin or plate. prick holes using fork. and transfer the base into the preheated cooker and cook for 5-7 minutes. Pizza base is ready.

For Sauce:-

Step:-1 Take a bowl and add tomato ketchup, garlic paste, salt and mix herbs. Mix well. Sauce is ready.

 For Topping:-

Step:1 Heat a big pan covered without anything inside for 5-6 minutes.

Step:2 If you wish to toast the pizza on side where you wish to put toppings, toast it in the kadai until light brown.

Step:3 After the pizza is toasted on the topping side, brush down the pizza with oil. Now spread the sauce, then some cheese,onions, capsicum,salt,pepper and again some cheese. spread the left over oil over the cheese.

Step:4 Transfer the pizza in preheated cooker for 5-7 minutes.

Step:5 After is cooked,sprinkle herbs and serve hot.
