Cook time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:-
1¼ cup maida
½ cup butter
½ cup powder sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
½ tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk
½ cup cashews
1 tsp vanilla essence
Step:1 First take ½ cup cashews and part in 2 section. some cashews take and grid them and some cut in small chunks for decoration or topping.
Step:2 Take a bowl add sugar and butter beat till creamy and smooth mixture. now sieve maida, baking powder, cocoa powder and mix well. add vanilla essence, milk and grinded cashews powder.
Step:3 Combine all to gather and make a soft dough if needed add some more milk to get perfect dough.
Step:4 Now take a dough and cover it with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step:5 Preheat your cooker for 10 minutes on medium high flame.
Step:6 Take a dough out , smoothen a little bit, sprinkle some maida and roll it to ½ inch thickness. Now take a knife and cut down the cookies to make square shapes.
Step:7 Now take a baking pan or tin and place all the cookies and decorate it with chopped cashews.
Step:8 Now place tin or plate in the cooker and bake it 15-20 minutes on medium low flame.
