Eggless Tutti Fruti Cup Cake

Cook Time: 20 Minutes


Ingredients:

1 cup maida
1 cup curd
1 cup powder sugar
¼ cup tutti fruti
½ cup oil
¼ cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla essence


Step:1 First take a  bowl and add fresh curd then add powder sugar in it. mix well.

Step:2 Add baking soda, baking powder and essence and mix well.

Step:3 Rest this mixture for 10 minutes.

Step:4 Take another bowl and sieve maida.

Step:5 Now add curd mixture in it add oil and mix well.

Step:6 If needed you can add milk in it for set the better consistency.

Step:7 Add tutti frutti in the better and pour it in cup cake liners.

Step:8 Preheat oven at 180 degree for 10 minutes.

Step:9  Bake it for 15-20 minutes.

Note: If you can add some tutti frutti on top you can. it taste very yummy.
