Aloo Pakoda

Ingredients:-

1 cup Besan
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp  red chili powder
1-2 potato sliced
Salt as per taste
Water as required
Pinch of baking soda
Oil for frying


Step:1 First take a bowl and add besan, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt.

Step:2 Mix all dry ingredients well.

Step:3 Now pour little by littele water into it and make poring better.

Step:4 Take a big pan and add oil for frying.

Step:5 Now heat the oil for medium hot.

Step:6 If oil is hot sufficient then take a besan better and add one by one potato slices.

Step:7 Dip potato slices in better and fry pakoda for it get golden brown color.

Step:8 Enjoy this garama garam pakoda with your favourite chutney and tomato ketchup.
