Ingredients:-
1 cup Rava/Suji
1 cup curd
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda or eno fruit salt
Step:1 Take a bowl and add suji and curd mix well.
Step:2 Rest this mixture for 15 minutes so suji rises and double in size.
Step:3 Now take this mixture and add little water to make perfect idli better.
Step:4 Add some salt per taste and mix well.
Step:5 Now take idli cooker and grease all the idli molds with oil.
Step:6 In idli cooker put wire stand and add 1 glass of water.
Step:7 Boil this water for 5 minutes.
Step:8 Now take a idli better and add baking soda or eno in it mix well.
Step:9 Pour the idli better in idli molds and put it in cooker.
Step:10 Steam 15 minutes in low flame.
Step:11 After 12 minutes check the idlis with knife if it comes out clean then switch of the flame and remove the idli into the molds.
Step:12 So, your idli is ready. Let's Enjoy with sambhar or coconut chutney.
