Eggless Biscuit Cake Without Oven


Serving: 1 cake
Prep time: 10 minute
 Cook time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:- 

2 packets of any chocolate biscuit
1 tsp Eno fruit salt
1 cup milk

Step 1:  In a large cooker, pour water and place a wire stand. cover and allow the water to come to a boil for about 10 minutes.

Step 2: In a mixture jar add the biscuit and blend to  make a fine powder.Transfer to a mixing bowl.

Step 3: Pour half cup of milk and stir, add the remaining milk. The cake batter is ready. Set aside.

Step 4: Grease cake tin with oil, set aside.

Step 5: Add Eno powder to the batter, and stir in one direction only.

Step 6: Pour this batter in the cake tin and garnish with chopped nuts, if you like.

Step 7: Place the cake tin on stand and then close the cooker. Steam the cake over low heat for 25-30 minutes.

Step 8: Remove the cake and allow the cake to cool down completely.

Step 9: Once cooled using a knife clear the edges and transfer the cake on a serving plate.

Step 10: Slice and serve the super soft and moist cake immediately.
